You are also not permitted to use our technology or software services to resell alerts based on webhooks created by our system held on invite-only scripts by TradingView. By using our system you agree not to resell our alerts created by PropFirm Algo LLC by using other third-party services without our consent; by doing so you understand that PropFirm Algo LLC has the legal rights to pursue legal action and compensation in the value that PropFirm Algo LLC sees fit.
The Site is owned by PropFirm Algo LLC, one of our suppliers or licensors, and is covered by patent, trademark, and/or copyright protection under U.S. and/or foreign laws. This includes all of the information and content on the site, including text, data, wallpaper, icons, characters, artwork, photographs, graphics, music, sound, messages, software, and the HTML code used to create the pages (collectively, "Materials and Content").
APPENDIX 16 - GOVERNING LAW AND DISPUTE RESOLUTION SECTION 18 (ARBITRATION)
The laws of the United States shall govern these Terms of Service and any other agreements by which we supply you Services and will be followed in their interpretation.
You accept that the laws of the United States and the State of Delaware, without respect to any conflict-of-laws provisions, will govern all things relating to your access to or use of the Site, including any disputes. Should there be any problem or disagreement between you and us over your use of the Site, the parties will make an immediate and sincere effort to settle it. All purchases are non-refundable immediately upon completion of the transaction. Prior to completing any purchase, you are required to check a box confirming that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms of Service, including the no-refund policy, and you explicitly consent that you understand all sales are non-refundable.
APPENDIX 19 - PROPFIRMPRO SIMULATED FUNDING SERVICE
PropFirmPro. is a service provided by PropFirm Algo LLC offering simulated funded technology for educational purposes. Through PropFirmPro, users may participate in simulated trading challenges accessed via app.PropFirmPro.com, with the opportunity to earn simulated profit sharing (e.g., a percentage of hypothetical simulated profits as participation in educational gains) upon successful completion, subject to our rules and discretion. Users may choose their preferred platform (e.g., TradeLocker or MT5 Demo Servers) during the challenge setup process.
This is not real-money trading; all accounts and profits are simulated and intended for educational use only. We reserve the right to modify challenge rules (e.g., profit targets, drawdown limits) or terminate access at any time without notice. You acknowledge that simulated results do not guarantee real-world trading outcomes and that PropFirm Algo LLC is not a brokerage or investment service.
APPENDIX 20 - PROFITALGO.IO TRADING TOOLS
ProfitAlgo.io is a service provided by PropFirm Algo LLC offering trading tools and risk management software, accessible via app.ProfitAlgo.io after purchase. These tools are licensed to you on a non-exclusive, non-transferable basis for personal use only. You may not copy, modify, reverse-engineer, or resell these tools without our explicit written consent. We do not guarantee the performance or suitability of these tools for your trading needs, and use is at your sole risk for the purpose of education only.
APPENDIX 21 - PAYMENT AND ACCOUNT ACCESS
All payments for PropFirmPro challenges and ProfitAlgo.io tools are processed by PropFirm Algo LLC via Stripe or other designated payment processors. You must create an account to access these services, providing accurate information at all times. Upon payment, you will receive login credentials or access instructions (e.g., account number, login, and password for PropFirmPro simulated accounts via your chosen platform, or access to ProfitAlgo.io tools); these are for your use only and may not be shared.
We may suspend or terminate your access if payment fails or if you violate these Terms, with no obligation to refund fees paid, as outlined in APPENDIX 18.
APPENDIX 22 - MT5 DEMO SERVER PROVIDER
MT5 Demo Servers used for PropFirmPro are provided by ZevenGlobal.com. PropFirm Algo LLC does not own or control how ZevenGlobal.com operates, and they are solely responsible for providing demo accounts for simulated educational trading conditions within PropFirmPro/ app.propfirmpro.com. PropFirm Algo LLC does not recommend ZevenGlobal.com as a place to make deposits or use their services outside of the demo creation process for PropFirmPro/ app.propfirmpro.com. Any use of ZevenGlobal.com’s services beyond this scope is at your own risk, and PropFirm Algo LLC bears no liability for their operations or services.

Simulated rewards (demo profits) and PFP Credits have no cash value within the platform, cannot be transferred outside PropFirmPro, and PFP Credits can only be used to purchase challenges. You may move them to the Simulated Rewards Hub to request a payout in cryptocurrency (e.g., USDT, BTC) via our licensed third-party processor to a destination of your choice. PropFirmPro does not provide trading technologies for profit, hold client funds, or process client funds—you are solely responsible for adhering to platform rules. All actions require identity verification. BTC Giveaway Rules: Any BTC giveaway is a promotional event, not a guarantee of profit.
