The spark for ProfitAlgo.io ignited where a small crew of passionate traders—future founders included—came together in 2018. Picture us: a tight-knit group of day trading enthusiasts, hunched over screens, blending our love for technical analysis with a shared dream to have risk management tools with simple clicks.

We each brought our own trading style to the table, from scalping to swing strategies, but one belief united us: true mastery in trading comes from unwavering discipline. We traded ideas as much as we traded simulated markets, refining our systems and challenging each other to stick to our rules. What started as casual brainstorming sessions about price action and risk management quickly evolved into something bigger.

The real turning point came when we watched a trader we’d mentored—a rookie we’d guided through the ropes—secure $100,000 in prop capital and transform into a consistently profitable trader. That moment lit a fire under us. We realized we weren’t just swapping ideas; we were building something special, a system that could unlock real potential in others. Risk management has always been at the heart of our vision. We set out to build powerful tools that simplify position sizing, trade entry, and risk calculations, allowing traders to clearly understand their exposure before executing a trade.
