What type of membership should I purchase?
Choose Monthly Premium for essential MT5 risk-management tools and ProfitVue.ai access. Choose Quarterly Premium Pro for the complete advanced risk-management and trade-management feature set without a lifetime commitment. Choose Lifetime Premium Pro+ to lock in full access with one payment, priority updates, and our most complete Risk Manager 3.0 + ProfitVue.ai experience. TradingView indicators are not currently sold as part of any ProfitAlgo.io membership.
What is the difference between Quarterly Pro and Lifetime Pro+?
Both plans unlock our advanced ProfitAlgo feature tier, including Risk Manager 3.0 and ProfitVue.ai. Quarterly Premium Pro is billed every three months. Lifetime Premium Pro+ provides lifetime access with one payment, priority access to future updates, and Lifetime-only onboarding Zoom Call benefits while the offer remains available.
Does Monthly Premium include MT5 access?
Yes. Monthly Premium includes the core product MT5 Risk Manager Lot Size Calculator with one-click trading safety features which now connects to our Partnered ProdfitVue.ai Chrome Extension. Advanced MT5 Pro+ features, including expanded trade-management automation, require Quarterly Premium Pro or Lifetime Access Premium Pro+.
Can I use ProfitAlgo.io on multiple accounts?
Each membership includes one personal license per supported platform unless otherwise stated during checkout. Licenses may not be shared, transferred, copied, or resold. Contact our support team if you need an additional license or access for another account.
Which charts and timeframes are supported?
ProfitAlgo is designed for flexible trading workflows across multiple markets and timeframes. Risk Manager 3.0 works with supported MT5 instruments and broker symbols, while ProfitVue.ai helps connect your TradingView chart-based workflow with MT5 risk calculation and execution tools. Instrument availability and calculations may vary depending on broker specifications.
Do I need to change setting per chart?
ProfitAlgo is designed to reduce repetitive setup. Risk Manager 3.0 and ProfitVue.ai help keep risk, position sizing, order settings, and trade-management controls organized as you move between supported markets. Traders remain responsible for reviewing the correct symbol, account, risk settings, entry, stop loss, and trade parameters before execution.
Does it work on MetaTrader and TradingView?
Our paid memberships currently focus on MT5 Risk Manager 3.0 and the ProfitVue.ai Chrome Extension. We are not currently selling access to TradingView indicators while we prepare for TradingView’s Creator Program. Any TradingView indicators we make available during this transition will be offered free of charge. Future paid TradingView availability will follow the appropriate TradingView program requirements.
Does it auto trade for me?
No. ProfitAlgo does not independently choose trades or operate as an autonomous trading bot. Risk Manager 3.0 and ProfitVue.ai provide user-controlled execution and trade-management tools including risk-based position sizing, break-even protection, trailing stops, partial closes, Stop in Profit, multiple take-profit management, and drawdown controls. You remain responsible for every trading decision and configuration.

Can I win every trade using this?
Every trading methodology incurs regular losses. No indicator, algorithm, system, or strategy can provide you with the ability to predict markets with a guaranteed percentage of 100% accuracy. It's essential to understand that our tools cannot ensure profits by simply following them blindly. We strongly advise against blindly following any tool. Trading inherently involves risk, and past performance is not indicative of future results.
Is it beginner-friendly?
Yes. Monthly Premium provides an accessible starting point for position sizing, risk calculation, and MT5 trade management. Premium Pro and Premium Pro+ add more advanced automation and management tools. Tutorials and support are available, and we recommend learning each feature in a controlled environment before using it with real financial risk.
How can I get a discount?
Any active promotion or discount code will be displayed on our website, pricing page, or checkout. Enter a valid code during checkout before completing your payment. Promotions may be modified or discontinued at any time. Lifetime Access is currently available as a one-time purchase for a limited period. Once Lifetime enrollment closes, new Pro+ memberships will be offered under annual pricing.
